∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): BOQ, Civil Construction, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising all kinds of civil and finishing works and ensuring conformance to design specifications and safety standards following the construction checklist.
∎ Maintaining coordination of different activities of the construction projects with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation and capability of solving all technical problems at the project.
∎ Preparing project documentation, e-mail communication and periodical reporting to the concerned authority on time.
∎ Checking contractor's bill, preparing BOQ, scheduling the project in logical steps and preparing the budget & time required to meet the deadline.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management with ensure safety, security and cleanness.
∎ Participate in project meetings with site engineers, sub-contractors, and other engineering-related personnel.
∎ Raise purchase requisition & follow-up with Supply Chain Management Dept. (SCM) for materials after proper estimation.
∎ Prepare progress report of the project with photographs & email to top management.
∎ Interpret and incorporate approval comments, design changes and other revision
∎ Provide support for smooth operation of the department with an emphasis on work program.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activities.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Age at least 22 years

∎ Basic Computer Skills.
∎ Strong Mathematical, analytical and problem-solving Skills.
∎ Good communication Skills with multi-tasking ability.
