• Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in research administration, project management, or a related role in an academic or research institution.

• Minimum CGPA 3.00 in each attempted certified examinations.

• Good oral and written communication skills in English.

• Required skills in computer and multi-media operation.

• General knowledge of private university laws and regulations.Hardworking, honest, energetic and innovative.

• Have creativity, integrity, initiatives and imagination.

• Prepared to accept challenges and work under pressure.

• Have the ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of research funding sources and grant writing processes.

• Familiarity with research compliance and ethical standards.

• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.

• Experience of monitoring ranking activities at university level.

Research Management and Coordination:

• Assist in the development and implementation of research policies and strategies.Coordinate and manage research projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Provide administrative and logistical support for research activities and events.

Grant and Funding Management:

• Assist faculty in the preparation and submission of grant applications.

• Monitor and manage research budgets and financial reports.

• Ensure compliance with funding agencies` requirements and institutional policies.

Research Collaboration and Networking:

• Facilitate interdisciplinary research collaborations within the university and with external partners.

• Represent the IRT at conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote research initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with funding agencies, industry partners, and other research institutions.

Compliance and Ethics:

• Ensure all research activities comply with institutional, legal, and ethical standards.

• Oversee the ethical review process for research involving human and animal subjects.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in research compliance.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Maintain comprehensive records of research activities, grants, and publications.

• Prepare regular reports on research performance and outcomes for the Director and other stakeholders.

• Utilize data management systems to support research activities and reporting requirements.

Ranking Activities:

• Application to ranking bodies

• Monitoring ranking activities

• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by University Management from time to time.
