Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline (Minimum 2 first division/ class) from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Student counseling & career guidance.
∎ Train and groom up the passing out students for the job market.
∎ Train VU students on Communication skills, English, ICT & other soft skills.
∎ Organizing training & find out training needs of the students and arrange training accordingly.
∎ Find out foreign scholarship scope and inform to the students.
∎ Liaison with all Dept. Heads & Faculty members for training and other co-curricular activities.
∎ Maintaining career center website & career center social media pages up-to-date.
∎ Prepare yearly plan & submit semester wise execution report accordingly on the career center activities.
∎ Maintain a central database on Training/ Seminar/ Workshop etc. in Google drive.
∎ Establish industrial linkage & collaboration to ensure job placement and internship for VU students.
∎ Arrange job fair and campus recruitment regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ No 3rd class will be accepted.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Strong organizational and communication skills.
∎ Analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, efficiently and meet deadline.
∎ Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
