∎ BA (Hons) in Psychology and MA in Educational and Counseling Psychology with an excellent academic background from reputed universities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least one year of work experience in Counseling Psychology will be preferable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing Counseling Services: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students dealing with academic, personal, and emotional issues.
∎ Assessment and Evaluation: Administer psychological assessments and tests to evaluate students' mental health status, personality traits, and academic aptitude.
∎ Crisis Intervention: Respond to crisis situations on campus, providing immediate psychological support and intervention as needed.
∎ Consultation: Collaborate with university faculty, staff, and administrators to address student concerns and promote mental health awareness across campus.
∎ Digital content creation and tele-counselling: Create digital content and ability to provide tele-counselling;
∎ Conducting Training, workshop and psychoeducation material development: Conducting training and workshops on psychological, lifestyle, academic skills, mental health issues etc.
∎ Case Management: Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and assessments, and ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
∎ Referral Coordination: Refer students to external mental health resources and services when necessary, ensuring continuity of care and support.
∎ Research and Program Development: Assist in research projects related to counseling psychology, and contribute to the development of counseling programs and initiatives tailored to the university community's needs.
∎ Professional Development: Stay updated on current trends, theories, and best practices in counseling psychology through continuing education and professional development activities.
∎ Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other counseling psychologists, therapists, and support staff within the university counseling center to provide comprehensive mental health services.
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the university authority;
