We make sure that community inclusion is a top concern throughout the project lifetime by incorporating social considerations into project design, management systems, policy formulation, implementation in terms of Social Impact Assessment (SIA), Social Management Plan (SMP), Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP), Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP), Resettlement Action Plan (RAP), Land Acquisition Plan (LAP), Livelihood Restoration Plan (LRP), Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), Gender Action Plan (GAP), Human Rights Impact Assessment (HRIA), Social Feasibility Analysis, Community Development Plan (CDP), Labour Management Plan (LMP) and Environmental and Social due-diligence (ESDD).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct literature review to prepare social baseline.
∎ Conduct stakeholder consultations (FGD, KII, IDI) and other qualitative sessions.
∎ Conduct census, socio-economic and other relevant research.
∎ Coordinate field data collection, data management and analysis.
∎ Report writing.
∎ Attain client meeting.
∎ Support for Preparation of Expression of Interest (EOI) and Project Proposal (PP) for National and International projects.
∎ Communication with International and local consultants/ experts and firms; and
∎ Willing to participate in frequent field visits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5-year(s) experience in the related field for the Post of "Consultant".
∎ Preference will be given experience on infrastructure development projects.
∎ Though freshers can apply, at least 1 year(s) related field experience will be preferable for the Post "Assistant Consultant".
∎ Highly self-motivated with demonstrated ability to be proactive.
∎ Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet searching.
∎ Good knowledge of National Legislation and policies specifically relevant to land acquisition and Resettlement will be extra credentials for the post of consultant.
∎ Excellent report writing and communication skills,
∎ Should have proven ability to manage large amounts of data, can be analytical with attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a complex, high pressure and diverse work environment with many deadlines both as a member of a team and autonomously and Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.

Salary:
∎ Starting from 378,000 to 750,000 per annum.
