Educational Requirements:
∎ B Sc. in Architecture

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as Chief Architect of The OASIS at Ispahani Colony project.
∎ Coordinate, liaison and time to time visit the consultant.
∎ As an assigned team leader responsible for all drawings, designs and troubleshoot the problems at construction site of team members.
∎ Responsible to design and drawing of all housing projects.
∎ Responsible to coordinate with consultants for Drawing and Design and prepare feedback and drawing at the finishing phase of the project for Customer Service Department.
∎ Responsible to calculate FAR for analyzing project feasibility for Land Department.
∎ Responsible for arrange marketing and coordination meeting with other departments.
∎ Responsible to check and correction of preliminary drawing with the feedback of management.
∎ Responsible for common area material selection and taking the necessary approval from management.
∎ Responsible to coordinate with consultant with the feedback of Project Director.
∎ Responsible to supervise different govt. agency e.g. RAJUK, SPA, NHA, DTCA, DOE etc. for drawing approval and handover those to Logistic Department.
∎ Responsible to coordinate with different consultant (Architect, Structural Engineer, Plumbing Engineer, Electrical Engineer) for preparing the construction design and drawing.
∎ Responsible to troubleshoot the problems at construction site.
∎ Manage approval of drawings and 3D images from consultant according to his observation.
∎ Responsible for check brochure for Business Development Department as per agreement, marketing drawing and landowner's approval.
∎ Any other activity as and when required by the management.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
