Educational Requirements:
∎ At least University/College education OR 2-3 years' work experience in 3D Architectural Visualization, Architecture, or Interior Design (3D Generalists not accepted).

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Experience within an architectural practice is essential. As a 3D visualizer, you will collaborate with design and others team members to ensure that the project designs are produced accurately and effectively. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the project brief work is completed on schedule.
∎ Must have expertise on 3DS Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, Lightroom, Sketchup and Revit Design, AutoCAD, Architecture design layout ,Structure design, Lumion, 3D, 3D Modeling
∎ Microsoft Office, Vray, Sketchup, Corona, English proficiency , Interior Design knowledge.
∎ Job location: House#06, Road#2/B, Block-J, Baridhara-1212, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating high-quality architectural visualizations in the form of photo-realistic still renderings, animations, and VR
∎ Collaborating & maintaining effective communication with project team members and clients to create captivating imagery that conveys design vision and storytelling
∎ Estimating time to complete tasks and delivering on deadline
∎ Discovering and mastering new tools and tricks and sharing knowledge with the team
∎ Apply textures, Select materials and provide appropriate lighting techniques to the models.
∎ Develop product information packages including drawing specifications.
∎ Participate in research and presentation of new design proposals to clients & managers.
∎ Developing new skills
∎ Maintaining project and asset archives
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency using 3DS Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, Lightroom, Sketchup and Revit is mandatory
∎ Competency in spline/poly-modeling; lighting; materials; and post-production
∎ Developed a portfolio demonstrating technical abilities, architecture/design sensibilities, and artistic style
∎ Knowledge of photography, 3D animation creation, or coding is a bonus
∎ Experience in team, client and/or production management is an asset
∎ Willingness and drive to be Always Better
∎ A keen eye for design and visual communication
∎ Ability to manage time effectively, often working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
∎ Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with a proactive and resilient mindset
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consultancy Firm, Architect firm, interior solution firm, Real Estate.
Salary: Negotiable
