∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dhaka
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing both exterior & interior.
∎ Prepare building Design Concept / 3D Visualization and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using Auto CAD 2D/3D.
∎ To check Detailed & Working drawings and specifications of projects and make any necessary corrections.
∎ Compile project specifications & ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations especially in BNBC code of conduct.
∎ Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
∎ Team work with Architect/ Civil and assigned co-worker, Maintain the Co-relation between Architectural and Engineering team.
∎ Meeting with clients as required.
∎ Perform any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have skilled knowledge in sketch up, Revit, Lumion, 3D Studio Max, Auto CAD etc.
∎ Must have membership number of IAB.
∎ Must have capability to sign in Rajuk/any authority drawings.
∎ Age 30 to 40 years.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Consultancy Firm, Real Estate, etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge in factory Design & Drawing.
∎ Should be ready to join very immediately.
∎ Leadership quality
∎ Should have physical fitness that shall be necessary for performing assignments.
