∎ # Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other relevant architectural software.
∎ # Working knowledge of building codes and regulations.
∎ # Experience with construction documentation (plans, sections, elevations, details).
∎ # Ability to create presentations and communicate design concepts effectively.
∎ # Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ # Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ # Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ # Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
∎ # A passion for design and a strong aesthetic sense.
∎ # Excellent communication & presentation skills (English).
∎ # Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Design innovative and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.
∎ Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other team members.
∎ Prepare construction drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
