∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
∎ Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
∎ Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
∎ Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
∎ In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
∎ Create architectural designs that meet client needs, local building codes, and regulations.
∎ Develop detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
∎ Present design proposals to clients and obtain their feedback and approval.
∎ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
∎ Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide on-site solutions as needed.
∎ Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into projects.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
