∎ Age at most 26 years
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
∎ Proven experience as an Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
∎ Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other relevant design tools.
∎ Excellent design and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
∎ In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
∎ Create architectural designs that meet client needs, local building codes, and regulations.
∎ Develop detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
∎ Present design proposals to clients and obtain their feedback and approval.
∎ Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and feasibility.
∎ Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and provide on-site solutions as needed.
∎ Research and incorporate sustainable design principles and practices into projects.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
∎ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
∎ Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, safe, and environmentally sustainable. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to turn conceptual designs into reality while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
