Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
∎ B. Sc/ M. Sc in Architecture from any reputed Institute/ University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Building & Factory Design With 3d Visualization, Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm, Developer, Engineering Firms, Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Architectural Designing and working with drawing preparation.
∎ Capable to carry out responsibility at own desecration and ensure the timely completion of work.
∎ Prepare Architectural, Structural and Interior Concept design / 3D Perspective Design.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Architectural & Structural Design & Drawings.
∎ Prepare Architectural plan, elevation and section with detail drawings on the basis of present CDA rules.
∎ Responsible for designing all architectural aspect in full.
∎ Report regularly to the reporting higher authority and appraise the progress.
∎ Performs, reviews and coordinates all architectural design and field construction management efforts for urban facilities; includes buildings, passenger stations, park-n-Rides, joint development projects and sidewalk and paving treatments.
∎ Assists in the interpretation of architectural design standards established by local jurisdictions and in the establishment of formal agreements with various outside agencies.
∎ Prepares reviews and evaluates contract technical specification for architectural elements of capital improvement projects.
∎ Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates to support other engineers and consultants.
∎ Performs reviews and evaluates architectural designs; includes stations, park-n-Rides, signage and sidewalks to ensure adequacy, completeness, and design acuity, and best practices of materials and methods to verify adherence requirements.
∎ Assists in the development of criteria for evaluating joint development proposals related to architectural elements and land use considerations. Establishing criteria that enhance the transit experience when interfacing with joint development.
∎ Coordinates projects with local, state, regional and federal agencies to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
∎ Good knowledge about Sketch up, Architectural visualization and AutoCAD 2d-3d drawing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ High preference on Sketchup skill.
∎ Computer proficiency in AUTO CAD, 2D, 3D Max, Visualization, Lumion, Photoshop rendering, etc.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Innovative and skilled in design development.
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
∎ Have the passion about green architecture.
∎ Research & source materials independently according to the project type & budget.
Salary: Negotiable
