Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real Estate
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Arc Design & Drawing of Industrial & Residential Project.
∎ Architectural Model Making of Industrial, Power Plant & Process Plant.
∎ Project Master Layout preparation
∎ Prepare information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.
∎ Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
∎ Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
∎ Prepare scale drawings.
∎ Integrate engineering element into unified design.
∎ Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
∎ Specially capable to make handmade 3D architectural model.

∎ Computer Proficiency:
∎ 3D studio Max
∎ Auto CAD & Revit Architecture
∎ CorelDraw,
∎ Photo Shop
∎ SketchUp
∎ Microsoft Office

Salary: Negotiable
