Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept to completion.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
∎ Provide expertise in architectural best practices, codes, and regulations.
∎ Develop and present project proposals, plans, and progress reports.
∎ Good knowledge of collaboration with civil engineering.
∎ Experience working with various vendors & know how to source the best.
∎ Collaborate in the development of project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources while maintaining project profitability.
∎ Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to stay within budget limits.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
