Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare all sorts of design work, architectural drawing, presentation drawing, 3Ds etc required by office.
∎ Preparing Rajuk/ Pouroshova drawing.
∎ To prepare all kinds of official papers such as bill of quantity(BOQ), quotation, tender documents preparation etc.
∎ To cross check all sort of drawings and preparing them for sending to site.
∎ Site visit and site supervision.
∎ To arrange and coordinate meeting with the Director whenever needed.
∎ Co-ordination with stakeholders and vendors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience to handle all kind of Architectural projects.
∎ Must know FAR calculation and related RAJUK rules.
∎ Should have experience in Auto CAD 2D & 3D, Sketch up, Corel Draw.
∎ Experience of Revit, 3D Studio Max, and Photoshop should be an added advantage.
∎ Must be creative and sound knowledge in modern architectural design.
∎ Ability to prepare presentation of the working detail of Interior & Exterior design
∎ Candidate should be friendly as well as have good personality and interpersonal skills.
∎ Candidate should be energetic, well disciplined, & able to work under pressure with positive approach.

Salary: Negotiable
