Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture from any reputed university of home and abroad
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings for both Interior and Exterior construction work
∎ Work side-by-side with senior Architects
∎ Assist Architects in supervision
∎ Guide and supervise Design Assistants for construction drawings and shop drawings
∎ Assist in preparing and implementing the Site Implementation Plan (SIP)
∎ Supervise ongoing work periodically
∎ Assist Design and Development and other departments as assigned by management
∎ Assist in Interior designing and budgeting
∎ Coordinate with other departments such as Engineering and Procurement as required to ensure work is completed at the site as per schedule
∎ Periodic site visits to collect information, take photographs, and provide the spot decisions as required
∎ Check slab layouts before casting and other layouts as and when required
∎ Drafting the drawings as required
∎ Coordinate with Clients and Land Owners regarding design-related issues
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Sketchup modeling
∎ AutoCAD drafting/modeling
∎ 3DS max modeling/rendering
∎ Photoshop for post processing
