Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Master of Architecture (M.Arch)
∎ Bachelor's degree in architectural/interior design or related field
∎ Good experience with architectural software such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, sketchup, Illustrator and Rhino to better building plan.
∎ Project management experience.
∎ Minimum 5+ years' experience in architectural/interior design.
∎ Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.
∎ Cost estimation
∎ Excellent attention to detail
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to large groups
∎ Skills Required: Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe illustrator, AutoCAD, Graphics Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Architecture Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting with clients and determining their requirements and all factors affecting design such as budget, interior design preferences, purpose and function.
∎ Developing architectural and interior conceptual, sketch design and consult with client and MEP engineer
∎ Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
∎ Preparing mood boards to sample your design vision and present to clients.
∎ Developing and presenting detailed architecture design, 3D renders and presenting to the client for approval
∎ Coordinating designs with clients, MEP engineer and other architects/interior designers
∎ Selecting construction materials, furniture's, fixtures, fabrics and related items and preparing BOQs
∎ Supervision at the construction site, overseeing the construction process to insure work is done according architectural plan
∎ Preparing bids on potential projects
∎ Training junior staff
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 94000 - 113000 (Monthly)
