Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3D Max, Architecture, Auto CAD 2D 3D, Interior Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, Interior Design, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare 3D design as per the Instruction.
∎ Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans, Sketch-Up, Sections, Elevations, Auto-CAD presentation (Drafting), 2D preparation 3D visualization as per requirements.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior and Exterior Design & Drawing.
∎ The visualizer must have a strong capability in Residence Design, Office Design, Exhibition Gallery Design, and Stall Design with an entire working drawing.
∎ Clear concept on material sourcing.
∎ Follow-up construction management at the field level.
∎ Site monitoring & supervision of architectural works as per design.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
