Architecture Firm, Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist our senior Architect and interior designer. Prepare Architectural and Interior Designer Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Prepare Architectural 2D and 3D drawing of Interior Design.
∎ Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section, with Detail Working drawing.
∎ Excellent graphical representation skill.
∎ Good 3D Modeling and test rendering skill.
∎ Coordinating between Client, Office, Contractors, and Vendors
∎ Prepare Client meeting Presentation
∎ Daily, Weekly & Monthly Project Progress Reports
∎ Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
∎ Periodic supervision of ongoing work.
∎ Drafting the drawings as required.
∎ Skilled in Auto Cad 2D, 3D, 3D Studio Max, v-ray, Sketch Up, Lumion 3D, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
∎ Research and gather information on material and product sourcing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 Years of Interior work experience are preferable.
∎ Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel.
∎ Strong communication skills - written and oral.
∎ Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Interpersonal skills (Team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, proactivity and
∎ creativity).
∎ Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
