We are currently seeking some ambitious individuals to join the team in the role of Architect, for IED at Shymoli Ring Road, Adabar Bazar Road, Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to perform in any stage of Architectural work.
∎ Performing CONCEPTUAL SKETCH & DRAWING.
∎ Landscaping & Architectural detail drawing-design by using standard software.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and preparation of presentation materials.
∎ Autodesk AUTOCAD & Vray rendering.
∎ 3D modeling ,Rendering & animation knowledge of 3DsMax, SketchUp, Lumion.
∎ Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through
∎ Work in team with Architects and other co-workers.
∎ Full understanding of construction project, Construction material, Site Measurement, and other necessary elements to execute a real estate/interior project from start to finish.
∎ Coordinate, negotiate, and carry out relevant Project with clients/vendors.
∎ Proper documentation of the projects and design in a format that can be clearly and easily understandable to others.
∎ Execute the project in the agreed timeline and committed quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expert in Landscaping & Architectural detail drawing-design by using standard software.
∎ Commercial and non-commercial building, area design.
∎ Concentrated plant, project detail design and estimation.
∎ Expert in all detail architectural work.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
