Educational Requirements:
∎ A good Masters Degree preferably in English with good writing skills in English and Bengali and good communication skill. Proficient in using computer, email and internet etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To organize internal and external meetings of the Pro-V.C
∎ To prepare internal and external written communication in English and Bengali.
∎ To maintain and preserve all documents.
∎ To look after Administrative affairs as directed by the Pro-V.C
∎ To draft and compose letters, memos, applications, emails and other official documents in appropriate English.
∎ To liaise with different persons and offices within and outside the University.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the relevant field will be preferable.
