The objectives related to the job role of Application Support Officer, shall include, but not be limited to:

  • Review students' applications against admission requirements as specified by the institutes. 
  • Work with our partner institutes and clients to resolve application issues and submit quality applications. 
  • Ensure application processes are regularly updated to ensure precision of process detail. 
  • Undertake the web research into the relevant institutions and courses, obtaining the information thoroughly and by our work timeframes. 
  • Work across internal and external teams to ensure entry requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes. 
  • Ensure the system is correctly updated with the application outcome. 
  • Assist internal clients with course-related inquiries and requirements. 
  • Ensure basic hygiene of Application Gateway system.
  • Email management.
  • Assist the Line Manager with report analysis.
