The objectives related to the job role of Application Support Officer, shall include, but not be limited to:
- Review students' applications against admission requirements as specified by the institutes.
- Work with our partner institutes and clients to resolve application issues and submit quality applications.
- Ensure application processes are regularly updated to ensure precision of process detail.
- Undertake the web research into the relevant institutions and courses, obtaining the information thoroughly and by our work timeframes.
- Work across internal and external teams to ensure entry requirements and intakes are accurate to ensure optimal student outcomes.
- Ensure the system is correctly updated with the application outcome.
- Assist internal clients with course-related inquiries and requirements.
- Ensure basic hygiene of Application Gateway system.
- Email management.
- Assist the Line Manager with report analysis.
