Requirements:

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ - Experience in a similar role within the IVD industry is preferred.
∎ - Strong understanding of IVD products and their applications in clinical laboratories.
∎ - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
∎ - Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing timely solutions.
∎ - Customer-focused mindset with a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ - Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
∎ - Familiarity with regulatory requirements (such as FDA, ISO) for IVD products is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. *Technical Support:*   - Act as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and providing solutions related to our IVD products.   - Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D and Product Management, to resolve technical issues and improve product functionality.   - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
∎ 2. *Training and Education:*   - Develop and deliver training programs for customers, including laboratory staff and technicians, on the proper use of our IVD products.   - Create training materials, manuals, and documentation to facilitate customer learning and understanding.   -  - Provide on-site training and support during product installations and upgrades.
∎ 3. *Customer Relationship Management:*   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and ensuring our products meet their requirements.   - Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and usability, and relay this information to relevant teams for product improvement.
∎ 4. *Product Integration:*   - Assist customers in integrating our IVD products into their laboratory workflows, ensuring seamless operation and efficiency.   - Work closely with IT teams to address software integration requirements and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.
∎ 5. *Quality Assurance:*   - Support quality assurance activities, including product testing, validation, and compliance with regulatory standards.   - Ensure that customers are aware of and adhere to regulatory requirements related to our IVD products.
∎ 6. *Continuous Learning:*   - Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and competitor products to provide informed recommendations and support.   - Attend conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to IVD technologies.
