Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Salary range: $600 - $800/month
∎ Job Type: Full-Time
∎ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 AM – 14 PM (EST)
∎ We’re looking for a talented Animation and Micro-Interactions Specialist to join our dynamic team. If you thrive on creating seamless, visually stunning animations and interactions that elevate user experiences, we want to hear from you! This role requires not only technical skills but also a strong design sense and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles to ensure your work aligns with both aesthetic and functional goals.

∎ Key Requirements
∎ • Proficiency in GSAP, Lottie, and Adobe After Effects.
∎ • Experience with React-Motion, Framer Motion, or other animation libraries for React.
∎ • Strong knowledge of UX/UI best practices and the ability to implement animations that contribute to an intuitive and appealing user journey.
∎ • Ability to analyze and apply design principles to create user-friendly animations and interactions.
∎ • At least 1 year of professional experience in animation or a related field.
∎ • A portfolio showcasing your past work with animations and micro-interactions.

∎ Nice to Have
∎ • Experience with video editing tools and workflows.
∎ • Familiarity with Figma or other design and prototyping software.
∎ • An interest in exploring new technologies and trends in animation and design.
