Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
∎ Research and analysis on global trends of new Construction methods. Identify and report value engineering and cost reduction opportunities
∎ Continuously focus on cost optimization by review of the existing designs and construction methodology
∎ Keep a strong eye on projected versus actual cost and responsibility to control and monitor project total expenditure.
∎ Analyze usage of material as planned versus actual
∎ Independently and proactively analyzes financial information and develops solutions to complex problems
∎ Review projected cash flows and ensure accuracy.
∎ Provide planning and cost-controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress preparation of customer billing processes, etc.
∎ Develop Earned Value Management system; Produce periodical progress, Earned Value and KPI reports and recommend corrective actions

∎ Devise construction risk management strategy.
∎ Ensures compliance with reporting standards and corporate policies and the integrity of external and internal reporting.
∎ Review Regularly compliances and maximum usage of land as per the rules of the country.
∎ Review and discuss the saleable areas and maximize the saleable space.
∎ Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
∎ Undertake any other ad-hoc analysis as required.
∎ Providing financial analysis and strategic input to facilitate high-level decision-making by management, especially in the area of feasibility study of projects.
