Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / IPE.
∎ Having MBA will be an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Able to work under pressure, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Good command over MS Office Package, Monitoring and Reporting, statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cable Manufacturing Industry, cement industry, Experience in Oil Gas Industry, paper industries, Steel manufacturing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare various technical reports on production/process parameters, forthcoming projects and submit report.
∎ Ensure to prepare ad-hoc data analysis as requested by top management and provide inputs/ recommendations on the same.
∎ Support head of department in business case preparation and data analysis for senior management / business meetings.
∎ Prepare agenda and make administrative arrangements for committee and board.
∎ Analysis and prepare presentation to help in decision-making.
∎ Prepare daily/monthly sales, raw materials stock and others report as and when required.
∎ Support meeting by compiling, transcribing, and distributing minutes of meetings.
∎ Manage the calendar pertaining to meetings and other such engagements.
∎ Liaises with organizational stakeholders to ensure execution of projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hard working & Able to take challenges.
∎ Good at communicating in English.
