- সঠিক ভাবে পণ্য গুলো গুছিয়ে রাখতে হবে।
- কাস্টমারকে পণ্য ক্রয় এর সময় সহায়তা করতে হবে।
- পণ্যের সঠিক দাম সম্পর্কে ধারনা থাকতে হবে।
- সৎ ও প্ররিশ্রমি হতে হবে।
- ডিউটি টাইম সকাল ৯ টা থেকে রাত ১০ টা পর্যন্ত।
- দীর্ঘদিন কাজ করার মন-মানষিকতা থাকতে হবে।
