∎ Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
∎ Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
∎ Leadership skills and ability manage staffs
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure & complaint handling
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to lead the team for effective management of store operation in receiving, inspection, storage, issuance & transfer of items and inventory management as per standard and company policy
∎ Maintain stock position of Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, Spare Parts, General Store and Finished Goods of the Factory
∎ Maintain stock position according to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System
∎ Check & forwarded of monthly materials receiving & consumption statement to higher management as per costing report
∎ Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
∎ Communicate with other departments to ensure products are delivered to the floor in a timely manner
∎ Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory, gate processes, and shipping methods
∎ Ensure maximize use of surface area and confirm safe and proper storage of goods
∎ Coordinate production team and distribution of finished products for smooth delivery to depot and distributors
∎ Documentation and reporting of received & disbursed materials
∎ Any other task given by management time to time
