We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead and manage our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Oversee and manage the entire sales team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet organizational goals.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities to expand the company's client base.

  • Conduct regular doctor visits to build strong relationships and promote the laboratory's services.

  • Negotiate and close B2B deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Develop and strengthen corporate marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and institutional partnerships.

Marketing & Branding:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

  • Manage branding and marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Sales Performance:

  • Set and track individual and team sales targets, providing regular feedback and coaching.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Implement strategies to optimize sales processes and increase productivity.

Policy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.

  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices. 

  • To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
