∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Masters of Renewable Energy and MBA will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Requires 8+ years of progressive business experience in project management of complex projects.
∎ Proven track record of solar project management experience, including CapEx and Opex model over 5 MW.
∎ Familiarity with renewable energy, solar industry standards and regulations.
∎ Advance knowledge of Technical Standards & Specifications for Solar Project/Solar Rooftop System.
∎ Proficient in project management software
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and manage solar projects from conception to completion, coordinating with various teams and stakeholders.
∎ Ensure the quality and performance of installed solar systems by conducting regular inspections and quality checks.
∎ Engage and coordinate internal resources, engineers, and solar installers in the preparation and execution of project plans through completion.
∎ Manage, prioritize, and resolve all activities and issues that may impact the overall solar power plant performance.
∎ Plan the overall of personnel, equipment, and materials to meet the requirements of the Solar energy plant.
∎ Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and seek cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
