Job Descriptions:

• To organize and supervise all the development activities of new products as per QbD and other regulatory requirements (export and domestic market).
• To ensure basic GMP, Data Integrity & Good Documentation practice in all activities.
• To ensure Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) implementation in department for regulatory Audit preparation.
• To coordinate with team members for trouble shooting of existing products.
• To review/approve documents of Research & Development and other relevant Departments.
• To arrange training for team members for development activities and maintain consistency in same.
• To ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources in the department.
• To maintain healthy and congenial working environment for the team members.
