Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Any degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food and supplies, and developing the Hospital Food management team.
∎ Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
∎ Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program.
∎ Keep accurate records for all daily procedures.
∎ Manage revenue, expenses, operations and the team to maintain the consistent growth of the business.
∎ Maintain Organizational accounts (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc).
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills.
∎ Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
∎ Track bank deposits and payments.
∎ Monitoring all kinds of official functions.
∎ Generate more revenue creating new opportunities for home health care business.
∎ Monitor sales team, and improve productivity generate new marketing ideas.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Daily business review and update to the Management.
∎ To carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work in an environment involving a considerable amount of physical activity with long hours of standing.
∎ Ability to hear, understand, and respond to Team Members' requests in a loud environment.
∎ Passion for hospitality
∎ Able to work under pressure in complex situations.
∎ Excellent Communication Skill.
∎ Hard working
∎ Friendly.
∎ Analytical.
