Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering (Public University will get preference)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verifying and approving the all MEP design & drawing and tender documents.
∎ Provide technical leadership in reviewing the constructability of the MEP design to meet the purpose and functionality of the building to the client's requirements.
∎ Prepare and review proposals, contracts, and consultant agreements.
∎ Oversee the coordination and document preparation for the project and provide quality assurance via review of project documentation
∎ Lead the relationships with the client, contractor, agencies, as well as engineering and specialty consultants.
∎ Coordination of designers for the production of schematic design, detailed design, and tender documentation.
∎ Management and de-bottlenecking of design hold-ups by design progress by effective and efficient co-ordination.
∎ Organize value engineering workshops to review costs, with the support of designers.
∎ Manage Design Change process when required by value engineering or Client's requirements.
∎ Provide the Client with the appropriate decision-making tools for the best arbitrage between different technical options, from a cost and time perspective.
∎ Prepare design development report fortnightly basis and presenting to the management.
∎ Prepare design changing report when anticipating any changes.
∎ Certify consultant's deliverables and invoices with preparing proper certification.
∎ Coordinate between the international and local architects with all the services and other related consultants.
∎ Monitor and track project's design progress and handle any issues that arise
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
∎ Preparation of feasible working methodology for different projects according to site condition, project volume and resources.
∎ Check drawing, whether it is fulfilling the projects or vendor requirements.
∎ Work with our in-house design team for fine-tuning the design deliverables.
∎ Prepare Invitation, Agenda and minutes of all project related Meeting.
∎ Issue drawing packages to other departments and sites.
∎ A Confirm MEP installed work matches signed off coordination drawings and track changes. Perform quality control reviews of work in place and coordinate with controlled inspectors.
∎ Track and inspect all MEP related installation activities to ensure conformance with the project schedule, compliance with the contract documents, approved coordination drawings and associated costs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Assist to Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
∎ Help to prepare project proposal, time frame, schedule and budget.
∎ Help to Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
∎ Help to Co-ordinate with all departments to fulfill projects requirements.
∎ Help to coordinating procurement tracking and reporting issues, indicating risks or wins to strategically to the management.
∎ Help to prepare the contract for Consultants, Contractors and others.
∎ Help to prepare tenders and contract documents for various packages and negotiated with contractors and vendors and made award recommendations.
∎ To support the implementation and manage the control of the design process to ensure that the design and procurement of specialist packages are delivered to meet requirements and in line with cost parameters
