Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering from BUET. or Other Reputation Engineering University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position will be overall Maintenance job in charge.
∎ All day-to-day maintenance co-ordination with other departments, prepare budget, procurement related jobs, prepare maintenance schedule (PM, short shut down, emergency shut-down, Annual Turnaround, etc.), prepare manpower contract, control manpower, monitor maintenance job execution, support engineers as and when required.
∎ He has to help to plan daily maintenance to ensure trouble free operations including manpower distribution.
∎ Possess a good knowledge over Vessel, column, tank, heat exchangers, Pre-Heaters, Furnace, Pipe line, all types of Valves, gasket, strainers, filters, pumps, fans, blowers, compressor, turbine, boiler, etc.
∎ Also required knowledge of maintenance workshop machineries like lathe m/c, milling m/c, shaper m/c, balancing m/c, etc.
∎ Installation, Operation, maintenance and repair to ensure that machines and equipment's are installed and functioning according to specifications and SOP's.
∎ Maintain Daily various reports and Preventive maintenance of Machine SOP, Report, Checklist, calendar, Spare parts and Machine Breakdown register with proper root cause analysis.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending and training educational workshops and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Minimum 15/18 years of Petrochemical / Fertilizer/ Power plant work experience or 10-12 years of Proven working experience in Mechanical Engineer roles.
∎ Experience in reading and designing Mechanical drawing and systems.
∎ Practical experience performing Mechanical Measurements, troubleshooting techniques, performance tests and safety measures.
∎ Experience in emergency response planning, excellent knowledge on security protocols and procedures.
∎ Working knowledge on MS Office
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Outstanding leadership skill, proactive thinker and highly committed.
