∎ B.Sc in Engineering/BBA/ MBA
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise Factory as well as Sales team.
∎ Ensure the standard quality of products by inspecting output mother roll, baby roll and FG using lab equipment's.
∎ Create standards and specifications for different grade of tissue/paper products.
∎ Visit prospective buyers to gather information about their present and future Sales needs;
∎ Execute day to day Sales activities and prepare Business proposal for customers;
∎ Prepare monthly sales plan & forecasting to submit the management team;
∎ Making plan for individually to achieve the own sales target and payment collection target;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Persons do not have related field experience need not to apply.
∎ Experienced in Tissue Manufacturing candidate will get preference.
∎ Persons do not have related experience need not to apply.
∎ Practical experience in relevant post in a reputed organization (Papers & Tissue related Company will be given preference.)
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skill.
∎ Good Computer Skill.
