Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Candidate should have min. 12 years' experience in the relevant field of High Voltage /Low Voltage alternators such as trouble shooting, fault diagnosis.
∎ 2. He /She should be certified by any reputed manufacture of HV/LV Alternators. The manufacturer could be Cummins, Avk, Stamford, Perkins etc.
∎ 3. He/ She should be capable to manage the Workshop with workforce of 15 / 20 peoples.
∎ 4. He/she shell be accountable for profit & loss of Work Shop Business.
∎ 5. He should have a min. 5 to 7 years' experience in the power sector of Bangladesh toward maintenance & troubleshooting at site/workshop for all the High voltage & Low voltage alternators. Candidates will get advantage who have worked & familiar with CGT alternators and Cummins/Perkins/Caterpillar spare parts.
∎ 6. Responsible for selling & servicing operation for CGT/CPG spare parts.
∎ 7. Planning & organize sales promotion activities (service campaign).
∎ 8. Accountable for customer training Program, Product seminar etc.
∎ 9. Building & maintaining healthy business relation with major client & ensuring the customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quantity norms.
∎ 10. Imparting training to Team leads & understanding & resolving key issues.
∎ 11. Creating & sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities & motivates the high performance amongst the team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
