Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline/ B.Sc/ Diploma in civil/ electrical/ mechanical from any reputed institution.
∎ Retired Armed forces/ Law enforcement (non commissioned) officer will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and monitor overall operations (building management, facility & utility services, fire safety) of the corporate head quarter of Rupayan Group.
∎ Make proper communication with the vendors related to building maintenance.
∎ Oversee a network of security safeguard of the property as well as the physical safety of employees and visitors.
∎ Management of security and staff of the property.
∎ Any other task assigned time to time by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience on building maintenance or other managerial role.
∎ Experience in planning maintenance operations.
∎ Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
∎ Computer literate.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Willing to work beyond general office hours.
Salary: Negotiable
