∎ Proven experience in marketing, admissions, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including social media, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to think creatively and strategically.
∎ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
∎ Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones, aligning with the school’s vision and goals.
∎ Design and execute targeted admission campaigns using both online and offline channels.
∎ Maintain and enhance the school’s brand image across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and presentation.
∎ Work closely with the Principal to ensure that the school’s brand values are communicated effectively.
∎ Manage the school’s social media accounts, website, and other digital platforms, creating engaging content to promote the school’s programs and achievements.
∎ Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital marketing techniques to reach a wider audience.
∎ Provide regular reports to the Principal on the progress and outcomes of marketing and admission activities.
∎ Continuously generate and propose innovative ideas to improve student recruitment and retention.
