Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters Degree /Higher Education in Hospital Management.
∎ MPH Degree from any recognized university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As Part of strengthened Relationship Between Management staff ,Patient and Inter Department, Support to Increase Working Environment and Encourage to Achieve Patient Satisfaction.
∎ The Work Of the Post in Focused on Generating Major Opportunities for Hospital lousiness to access these opportunities both Directly and through patients.
∎ Monitor the entire operation system and ensure that all are presents at their schedule post and performing their task judicially;
∎ Check the duty roster of all concern departments and related to 24 hours hospital operations and ensure that staffs of all concern departments are present as per their duty roster;
∎ Observe and monitor the cleanliness process of the inside of the hospital premises and ensure cleanliness of whole hospital.
∎ Ensure that the patients have been given their foods in time as prescribed by the doctors and dietitians and check and confirm the standard of food as well. Ensure marketing for the staff, guest, patient and patient's relatives have been done.
∎ Handle any rowdy situation in cooperation with the doctors and staff of customer relation department.
∎ Make an appropriate coordination and liaison with different departments to avoid any incidence and inconveniences of the hospital. Work in coordination with the Clinical Coordinator so that both can handle any situation of the hospital.
∎ Over all responsible for all the operational & administrative activities of the Hospital.
∎ Client Follow-Up for Collection Purpose.
∎ All kind Staff Management & Documentation & Reporting.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years professional experience in the management of Staff, staff development, or capacity building in the health sector.
∎ Knowledge of health service delivery in Bangladesh required.
∎ Knowledge of training organization and approaches as well as processes for evaluating training effectiveness.
∎ The candidate for this position must demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships with others
∎ A candidate for this position must be a strategic and creative thinker, he will be detail and result oriented, be open and welcoming to change, be comfortable working in group settings, be self-motivated working under minimal supervision.

Salary: Negotiable
