Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Tec/BE/B.Sc in Instrumentation Engineering/Electronic Engineering/EEE Engineering from any recognized University.
∎ Skills Required: DCS, GDS, Installation and Maintenance, interlock, Maintenance and Troubleshooting, Programmable Logic Controller
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning, controlling, preventive, corrective and shutdown maintenance of different Instrumented control system
∎ Coordinate testing, repairing, calibration and troubleshooting of the instrument control systems
∎ Field supervision over the execution of critical maintenance activities of equipment to resolve problems within the minimum time duration
∎ Evaluate and recommend solutions for technical issues in control and instrument area.
∎ Ensure to determine inconsistencies and issues present on equipment parameters or P&IDs at design phase
∎ Lead, Control and coordinate with a group of engineers and technicians for effective instrumentation maintenance
∎ Identify requirement of spare parts and suggest for procurement, collection, quality product receiving and record-keeping
∎ Performing quality control checks on all systems and products
∎ Maintain records of daily production reports and data generated in DCS for historical reports of the plant
∎ Periodic Inspect and test of electrical and or electronic systems & instruments to locate and diagnose multifunction’s through using testing instruments and visual methods
∎ Coordinate with respective personnel to attending product complaints, any significant deviation in the parameter and take corrective actions
∎ Static maintenance of compressor controls like Turbine speed control system & Machine vibration system and Control Valves.
∎ Execution of software activities of DCS, SIS & GDS to resolve problems capability within the minimum time duration
∎ Must have Knowledge about DCS, SIS & GDS Control logic creating, editing & I/O Allocation
∎ Responsible for preparing Turnaround scheduling and implementation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Should have versed knowledge on Electronic & Instrumentation application in Chemical, Petrochemical & Fertilizer Industries
∎ Well organized and time management skills to meet the deadlines
∎ Ability to work under pressure, highly proactive, self-motivated, energetic & Multitasking skills
∎ Must have proficiency in Computer on MS office package & Engineering software like as AutoCAD, Solid works etc.
∎ Erection & Commissioning experience in Chemical /Petrochemical & Fertilizer Industries
∎ Excellent communication skills
