Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed public university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total projects planning, supervision of work, monitoring and maintaining the quality and cost control of the projects.
∎ Drafting all civil proposals & presenting it to the Management and ensuring the compliance to schedule and budget and document all requirements.
∎ Preparing all engineering drawings and assist to make all design calculations.
∎ Managing all communication with the relevant parties for multiple projects and providing engineering and technical support as per requirement.
∎ Responsible for project budgeting, resource utilization and materials allocation for construction sites.
∎ Supervising the works of all engineering staff, evaluating the work and provide required training to the subordinates to manage all projects efficiently.
∎ Analyzing and recommending appropriate strategies to minimize the cost for all construction works / key management issues and managing the workforce according to the scope of all projects.
∎ Analyzing all developments and implementing policies and procedures for various projects efficiently.
∎ Helping the Supply Chain Division to select technically sound contractors as and when required.
∎ Be efficient to maintain close liaison with various govt. organizations like RAJUK, PWD, PDB, TITAS, WASA etc. independently.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 - 5 years in similar position with proven track record in renowned real estate companies.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Should have strong leadership capabilities & team building efficiency.
Salary: Negotiable
