∎ Should have good communication skills in writing in English language and negotiation skills in all dimensions.

∎ Should have good typing knowledge in both English & Bengali (Bijoy Bangla).
∎ Experience with computerized accounting systems is essential.
∎ Expertise in MS Excel is mandatory.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
∎ Should have good analytical ability.
∎ Ability to work under pressure within deadlines.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have knowledge about C&F (Clearing & Forwarding) sector.
∎ Should have competency on computer based accounting system & advanced knowledge in Excel and Bangla typing.
∎ Supervise daily expenses, vouchers, checking bills and daily cash transactions; Accurate and complete bill should be prepared for each job. Timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions in line with the organizational system.
∎ Cost control and monitoring daily cash expenses; Prepare daily fund requisitions and pay orders accordingly. Maintain accounts of cash management in computer and ledger on time.
∎ Maintain banking functions independently, keeping in contact with our partners and banks regarding financial issues.
∎ All types of documents related to the company should be updated timely by talking to the management.
∎ Independently prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual VAT & tax returns and statements to concerned circles.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance and VAT Act. Keep management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT/tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization and daily reports.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.
