Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all the Finance & Accounting functions of the Company.
∎ Recording all types of vouchers in software (Sales, Purchase and Journal voucher)
∎ Preparation of daily sales statement.
∎ Ensure credibility of Finance department by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
∎ Must be experienced handling all banks correspondence, liaison and coordination with them.
∎ Designing, implementing and controlling of all types of Finance, accounts and costing system.
∎ Preparing long term & short term fund projection.
∎ Preparing Monthly Budget, Cash flow statement and projection.
∎ Develop internal Accounting, Auditing & Reporting standards of the company and ensure maintenance.
∎ Address all tax and VAT related issues of the companies in time to time.
∎ Well Conversant with VAT, TAX and Customs Duty as per the NBR Regulations.
∎ Prepare monthly statements for management reporting.
∎ Prepares charts and diagrams showing prior, current and projected revenues and expenditures to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 years experience in Finance/Accounts department.
∎ Higher academic qualification with good result will be given preference.
∎ Must be expert in MS Word and MS Excel. Experience on accounting software will be given preference. typing speed minimum 40
∎ Must be able to work independently.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
