∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Consulting Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Facilitate Payment Process related to vendor, Salary & wages and various expenses using software ensuring necessary accounting entries, Financial Control and compliance of company policy.
∎ Ensuring proper Accounting and Reconciliation of all the Receivable related transactions and balances (i.e. invoicing, collection of sales proceeds, AIT deduction etc.), and following up with the stakeholders for on-time credit recovery.
∎ Ensuring compliance of vat/tax related transactions (i.e. proper withholding of vat/tax from vendor/service payments, submission of vat/tax through TR Challan, collecting of AIT challan/certificates from customers, documenting of import Bill of Entry copies, documents submission for periodic vat/tax Returns etc.)
∎ Withdraw and deposit cash and cash equivalents from banks.
∎ Petty Cash monitoring and disbursement.
∎ Arrange for all the necessary correspondences and documentation for banking related transactions (e.g. notifications to bank, cheque clearance or cancellation, processing pay orders, bank transfer, Loan & LC related transactions, issuance & cancellation of Bank Guarantee etc.).
∎ Reconciliation of cash, Bank and inter-company related transactions and balances.
∎ Ensuring necessary accounting processes for Month end reporting (e.g. posting of pending vendor bills, accruals & provisions for monthly expenses, posting of depreciation & interest, GL reconciliation etc.)
∎ Ensuring proper accounting, reconciliation and control of fixed assets and inventories.
∎ Ensuring proactive initiatives for timely adjustment of the employees/suppliers advance, release of margin/deposit/retention money getting engaged with the relevant stakeholders.
∎ Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/Annual MIS, Statements and Reports based on Management Requirement.
∎ Ensuring proper Documentation of Accounting vouchers and other source documents related to all types of financial transactions.
∎ Resolve queries of other departments related to financial matters.
∎ Any other works based on management requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Sound Knowledge on Accounting Software
