Investment/Merchant Banking, Share Brokerage/ Securities House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing Financial Statements, Budgets, Bank reconciliation.
∎ Monthly Company performance reporting to Management.
∎ Preparing Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) reports.
∎ Preparing Reports and Queries for DSE, BSEC, NBR & Central Bank.
∎ To ensure timely submission of returns to Bangladesh Bank and other regulatory authorities.
∎ To monitor dealing officers and traders of the panel brokers.
∎ To comply and ensure implementation of any change/ addition/ deletion/ modification/ alteration of any rules/ regulations of SEC related portfolio management.
∎ To maintain liaison with enlisted brokerage houses regarding the services rendered by them and for improving operational efficiency.
∎ Maintaining Discretionary Accounts.
∎ Respond to different types of customer correspondences and queries
∎ To increase efficiency and mobility of the staff.
∎ Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management
