Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and Maintain all inventory-related ledgers.
∎ Accrued bill checking & posting on monthly basis Daily all voucher entry in accounting software.
∎ Export & import invoice checking & posting.
∎ Manage data in Excel and prepare required reports.
∎ Maintain and reconcile import /export bills.
∎ Reconcile inventory recording for monthly closing and ensure proper accounting entries.
∎ Comply TDS and VDS in bill processing (where applicable) as per Govt Rules.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate monthly closings reports.
∎ Manage data in Excel and prepare required reports.
∎ Undertake any additional tasks assigned by management.
