Job Context:
∎ Six days working (week off Friday)
∎ English Proficiency: High Level.
∎ Quality: Positive, active, careful, expression, coordination, execution, and compression ability.
∎ Should be ready to adhere to Company Culture and Policies.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per Bangladesh Income Tax Ordinance and VAT Act.
∎ Independently preparation & submission of monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly TAX returns & statements to the respective circle of NBR.
∎ Preparation and submission of annual TAX return and related documents to TAX authority in a timely manner.
∎ Correspond with Tax authority and consultant for Corporate Tax assessment.
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS & VDS deduction from suppliers' bill, prepare TDS & VDS challans and deposit so to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Keep the management up to date with all relevant changes in VAT /Tax regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Document management related to TAX.
∎ Make financial statements, budget & budgetary control
∎ Debt portfolio management of mixed instruments, payable bills management, treasury management, etc.
∎ Sound Knowledge on monthly, half-yearly, yearly & consolidated financial statements
∎ Monitoring business transitions are properly recorded in the Accounting System
∎ Establish finance operational strategies, plan, implement, design systems, resolve problems, and implement change.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working Experience at Group of Industries or Multinational Companies.
∎ Clear Knowledge in VAT and Tax
∎ Having CA CC. with working VAT and Tax will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft word and excel
∎ Capable to maintain Software
∎ Good Communications proficiency both in spoken & written English and Bengali;
∎ Strong Leadership skills & administrative capabilities
