Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors of Business Administration, Majoring in Finance/Accounting/B.com from a reputed public or private university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare & filing of all vouchers i.e Receipts & Payment, Maintain Journal voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger and posting in accounting software.
∎ To prepare sales, procurement & inventory report.
∎ To maintain daily financial transactions through cash & cheques.
∎ To check various bills.
∎ Perform day to day banking business and liaise with bank and carry out necessary correspondence.
∎ To maintain the monthly salary & wages payment.
∎ To prepare financial statements, cash flow statements & bank reconciliations.
∎ Cash management & disbursement.
∎ Carry out VAT/TAX-related activities
∎ To perform sourcing and procurement activities of construction and other materials for the company
∎ To verify requisitions of materials from different projects.
∎ To maintain proper documentation related to procurement.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management time to time.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management.
∎ Maintain project-wise data for preparation project-wise monthly reports.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Cash Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Real Estate, Construction/Engineering Firm.
∎ Well-developed written and oral communications skills both Bangla & English.
∎ Ability to work in a team under pressure
∎ Proficiency in the use of computer Office programs for: Accounting Software (Excel/Tally/Customized), Word processing (MS Office), Spreadsheets MS Office, E-mail, Internet.
