∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from reputed Public University

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of mega project.
∎ Ensure all construction works are carried out as per quality standards in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget and schedule.
∎ Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to involve staff and contractors.
∎ Co-ordinate and optimize the arrangement of daily activities tasked to the construction staff and external subcontractors to minimize lost productivity time.
∎ Certify invoices submitted by supplier and contractors and recommend for payment by clients.
∎ Determine and recommend labor force, materials, and equipment requirements.
∎ Build and update project schedule. Responsible for ensuring completion of activities according to schedule. Expedite and co-ordinate any delayed or potentially delayed activities. Maintain regular estimate of the cost-to-completion and time-to-completion for each task.
∎ Co-ordinate, administer and lead weekly progress meetings with client, site/project engineer, staff and contractors/subcontractors
∎ Conduct ongoing meetings with project staff to remain informed of project work and facilitate resolution of presented or developing issues.
∎ Provide on-the-job training for project staff in carrying out construction supervision including contract administration, quality control, construction and monitoring and evaluation, and other relevant activities.
∎ Participate in the selection and negotiation of other engineering and construction contractors.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 8-10 year(s)experience in Construction industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in Mega Civil Project; preferably Bridge/Road & Highway/ Power Plant/etc).
∎ Good knowledge in MS word, Excel, Power point, AutoCAD and Project Management
∎ Fluent in English for both writing & Speaking
∎ Able to deal with foreign client.
