∎ Bachelor/ Masters in Accounting or Finance is preferable

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Excel Expert
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.)

Job Context:
∎ This is a permanent job with 6 months probation period.
∎ Please answer two questions when you send your application, otherwise we will ignore your email!!!!
∎ 1: In case we purchase AC from local assembly factories and we sell to local construction site. What will be the percentage of VAT on Mushak 6.3 to construction site? Who will pay for it?
∎ 2: What are the essential points required for you to execute a hand-over in accounting position. (including but not limited to documents transfer, petty cash count, etc.)?

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and maintaining daily transaction records (All vouchers) and entry in Software.
∎ Maintaining all Office documents, vouchers and records.
∎ To work with the bank and VAT/TAX commission office.
∎ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) operating knowledge is a must.
∎ Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
∎ Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
∎ Report to management regarding the finances of the establishment.
∎ Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.
∎ Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
∎ Develop, implement, modify, and document record keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology.
∎ Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities.
∎ Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions to business and financial problems.
∎ Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts.
∎ Manage financial reviews twice a year. (Mid year and year end)
∎ Update customer pricing and calculating financial impact on an annual basis.
∎ Interact with company banking and financial partners.
∎ Other duties and projects as assigned by Manager

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must be punctual on office time.
∎ Must be able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be able to meet deadlines.
∎ Must be polite and respectful.
∎ Must speak proper English.
∎ Should be well conversant with MS Excel/ MS office.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
