∎ We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ - Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
∎ - Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
∎ - Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
∎ - Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
∎ - Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
∎ - Process accounts payable and receivable.
∎ - Prepare tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes.
∎ - Collaborate with auditors during financial audits.
∎ - Provide support in financial planning and analysis initiatives.
